These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the Blue Sky Paws website (blueskypaws.com), operated by Blue Sky Paws d.o.o., based in Ljubljana, Slovenia ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Eligibility

To purchase from our website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

1.3 Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. Please note:

–         Colours displayed may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and photography lighting.

–         Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

–         Leather goods are natural products and may have minor variations in texture and grain — this is not a defect but a mark of authenticity.

1.4 Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

–         Products being out of stock or unavailable.

–         Pricing errors on our website.

–         Suspected fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.

1.5 Preorders

Our initial launch operates on a preorder model. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your preorder. Estimated fulfilment timelines will be communicated at the time of preorder. We will endeavour to meet all estimated dates but cannot guarantee them due to factors outside our control (see Force Majeure clause).

1.6 Prices

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT (DDV) at the applicable Slovenian rate. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including product photographs, text, graphics, logos, and the Blue Sky Paws brand identity — is owned by Blue Sky Paws d.o.o. or licensed to us. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Sky Paws d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury, death caused by our negligence, or any statutory consumer rights you hold under applicable EU or Slovenian law.

1.9 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions, supply chain failures, or governmental actions. We will notify you promptly and work to resolve the situation.

1.10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia. If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. 1.11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the one that applies to your purchase. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
